Nikos Bakirtzis
Partnership Development Manager
Nikos Bakirtzis is a political scientist with a Bachelor degree in Balkan, Slavic and Oriental Studies with a major on Balkan Studies and a MA in Political Science/ International Relations. Nikos holds the position of the Partnership Development Manager in SEE in Action. His topics of interest are the issues of radicalization and extremism, nationalism, the democratization process of post-conflict states and the concept of European integration with an overall focus in the Balkans.

Eleni Vasdoka is a graduate student of the Department of Balkan, Slavic, and Oriental Studies and holds an MA in Global Risks and Analytics. She is a Project Manager with a proven track record in successfully leading and European-funded projects. Specializing as a Junior Researcher in Southeast Europe and the Balkan region, she brings experience in conducting research especially in the field of youth.

Being an undergraduate student of the Department of Balkan Slavic and Oriental Studies and originally from two Balkan countries, she wants to take advantage of her many years of experience in interaction and communication with people from other countries. She aims to contribute to the promotion of bilateral relations between the countries from the mobilization of the civil society.

Holder of an MSc in Global Studies, European Commission trainee, and UN online volunteer, Giorgos is involved at SEE in Action as a strategic planning manager. He is enthusiastic, among others, about topics such as climate change and sustainable development.

Aegli Sakellari is an undergraduate student at the faculty of Balkan, Slavic and Oriental Studies at the University of Macedonia. She is also currently an intern at ELIAMEP research Foundation and is interested in issues such as urban development, the cultural aspects of society and civic engagement.

An undergraduate student in Balkan Slavic and Oriental studies. She knows four different languages, is a passionate speaker and knows how to promote ideas and events. Time is very essential to her and multitasking is a way of life.

She is a graduate student of the Department of Balkan, Slavic and Oriental Studies of University of Macedonia, Greece, she speaks three different languages, including Romanian and Russian, and has met people from different countries during her studies. Her role in the organization is inextricably linked to her, as she is communicative and passionate about bringing people together for cooperation and is looking forward to enhancing young students to find strategies to strengthen our bilateral vision.
