About
We want to bring young people from Southeast European countries closer as participants in various events and raise awareness on social issues in the region. We strongly support and encourage civil society organizations from Greece to start a multi-level collaboration with similar organizations in many countries of southeast Europe, since we envision and aspire to the solidarity of the region. We want to work together on common projects and create new paths of communication and cooperation.
Our Mission
Our mission is to promote cooperation, solidarity and reconciliation among the societies and young people of the South-East Europe region by offering them opportunities to meet, interact and create ties based on mutual understanding and empathy.
Our Values
- Equality: We believe that all people must be offered equal opportunities on political, economic, social and cultural levels without exception.
- Human rights: We stand in solidarity with all people and especially the marginalized groups of our societies and all the people who are subject to any form of injustice. We advocate for just societies that respect, protect and promote national, sexual and religious diversity.
- Democracy and freedom: We support the inclusion of all citizens to the democratic processes on regional, national and international level with respect to their political rights. All individual freedoms must be valued and protected in order to ensure the value-based prosperity of our societies.
- Active participation: We take action and actively engage in identifying and addressing the problems of our societies through collaboration with different partners, stakeholders and decision makers on local, regional, national and international level. We believe that active participation of all citizens in the problem-solving and decision-making processes is the key ingredient of an empowered, resilient and cohesive society.
